🚀We're Hiring- Radiation Safety Officer 🚀

🎮 Profile: Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) – Industrial Elemental Analyser Systems
💰 Salary: 20LPA ( Based on experience & company norms )
📑 Skills Required:
• Radiation safety & regulatory compliance (AERB guidelines)
• Strong documentation & licensing knowledge
• SOP drafting & emergency protocol development
• Radiation monitoring, dosimetry & safety audits
• Knowledge of industrial analyser systems (XRF, PGNAA, X-ray, etc.)
• Installation safety & site readiness evaluation
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Problem-solving and compliance management
🖋 Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science
• Valid Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in radiation safety or industrial radiation systems
• Hands-on experience with elemental analyser systems or similar equipment
• Strong understanding of radiation protection principles
📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:
Radiation Safety & Compliance
• Act as designated Radiation Safety Officer for company operations
• Ensure compliance with AERB and applicable regulations
• Maintain radiation safety records, licenses, and documentation
• Develop safety programs, SOPs, and emergency procedures
Regulatory Documentation & Approvals
• Prepare and submit documentation for approvals, renewals, and inspections
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and technical bodies
• Review shielding layouts, zoning, and safety systems
Installation & Commissioning
• Provide safety inputs during installation and commissioning
• Conduct radiation surveys and site readiness checks
• Ensure proper access control, signage, and safety practices
