Talent Scout

As a Talent Scout at Radancy, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent to fill open roles across the organization. This includes leveraging your network, utilizing job boards and social media platforms, and collaborating with our internal teams to find the best candidates. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and presenting qualified candidates to our hiring managers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for identifying and nurturing talent.
