About the role

We're looking for a Remote Cold Caller / SDR to help us reach general contractors and subcontractors across NYC, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. You'll be making outbound B2B calls using RingCentral, engaging gatekeepers, qualifying leads, updating our CRM/spreadsheets, and booking demo or consultation appointments. You'll also handle smaller sales for one-off estimates and subscriptions. If you're confident on the phone, organized, and motivated to grow in sales, this role is a great fit. Experience with cold calling is a must. Knowledge of construction or estimating is a plus but not required — we'll train you on everything you need to succeed. Responsibilities: - Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to contractors, estimators, and project managers. - Qualify leads: identify decision-makers, capture bid/project details, and update records accurately. - Book and confirm 2–5 qualified meetings per day as you ramp up. - Handle smaller transactional sales and pass larger opportunities to the closer. - Keep detailed call notes, track results, and participate in coaching sessions. - Maintain a reliable remote setup and be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Requirements: - Experience with cold calling is a must. - Proven background in B2B sales or outbound calling. - Clear, confident spoken English and professional phone presence. - Strong organization, persistence, and ability to follow scripts. - Coachable and results-driven. - Reliable remote setup (stable internet, computer, headset, quiet workspace). - Familiarity with construction or estimating is a plus. - Ready to start within about 2 weeks.
