Role Description
The Racket Sports Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehra Dun. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers with expert advice and tailored recommendations on a range of racket sports equipment and accessories. You will oversee inventory management, ensure an organized and visually appealing display, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be engaged in planning community events and activities related to racket sports to foster a culture of sportsmanship and engagement within the local community.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of racket sports such as tennis, badminton, squash, or table tennis, as well as an overall passion for sports.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Organizational skills for inventory management and maintaining store displays.
- Proficiency with sales techniques and the ability to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Team collaboration and problem-solving skills to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Willingness to take initiative, learn continuously, and embrace feedback.
- Experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in an active, customer-focused retail environment.
