About the role
As business analyst within Customer Engagement, you are responsible for delivering the best service for our application called 'OneOpsManager'. This self-service application is essential within our IT landscape, as it enables us to execute our mission: the right communication, at the right time, through the right channel. You are the link between the business users (such as marketers and product managers) and IT.
You collect, analyze and document the business requirements for processes and translate these into workable solutions for a DevOps team. We strive for simplified solutions that fit well into our sustainable IT landscape with the lowest possible time to market.
