Responsibilities
Ensure accurate preparation and timely posting of journal entries and account reconciliations across Opex, Revenue, and NetEx sub-processes; maintain compliance with accounting policies and support month-end and quarter-end financial close activities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function
- Minimum Degree Required: University degree in Economics / Finance with Major in Accounting or equivalent qualification / work experience
- Very good knowledge of SAP module FI and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Degree Preferred: Qualified Accountant, CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 to 9 years’ experience in Finance, especially in the relevant processes
Certifications Required: 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance, especially in the relevant processes
Certifications Preferred: Qualified Accountant
Required Knowledge/Skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial close support.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams and experience supporting multi-wave transition processes involving onshore and Shared Location roles.
- Adaptable and proactive in continuous process improvement, automation adoption, and compliance adherence.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP S/4, Oracle) and reconciliation tools (Blackline) with ability to generate ad hoc reports.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, journal entries, and account reconciliations across Opex, Revenue, and NetEx.
- Collaborates closely with Manager Accounting for review and approval of journal entries and reconciliations.
- Works with other accounting team members, FP&A, and internal audit as needed to support accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinates with Shared Location and Onshore teams during transition waves or process handovers.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
