Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced R2R Finance Controller with strong expertise in accounting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of RTR processes, financial controls, and audit requirements.
Experience Required
10 to 15 years in Finance and Accounting with strong RTR experience
Education
Minimum 15 years of full time education 10 plus 2 plus 3
BCom MCom MBA Finance or equivalent
Mandatory Chartered Accountant
Must Have Skills
Strong knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and Ind AS
Hands on experience in direct and indirect taxation in India
Minimum 5 years of month end closing and reporting experience
Strong MIS reporting skills
Lease accounting experience
Strong accounting and RTR knowledge
Good to Have Skills
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong stakeholder management
Experience in financial and tax audits
Key Responsibilities
CAPEX Monitoring and Control
Ownership of fixed assets including capitalization amortization CWIP and write offs
Physical verification and asset tracking
Inventory Monitoring and Control
Inventory reconciliation and provisioning
Monitoring inventory movements and write offs
Accounting and Reporting
Month end close and reporting
Trial balance submission and consolidation
Balance sheet reconciliations
Revenue control credit notes and debtor provisioning
Expense accounting and cost center tracking
Financial Planning and Analysis
Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
Controls and Compliance
Ensure revenue recognition compliance
Support RCM testing and ICFR reporting
Develop and improve internal processes
Controls and Compliance

Audit and Statutory Compliance
Support statutory audits as per Ind AS
