Role: R2R (Record to Report) Executive
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to 11 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 25 Days Joiners Only
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / BBA / BBM (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in R2R with SAP SOX Compliance
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced
R2R Professional with strong expertise in
SAP Finance, General Ledger Accounting, and SOX Compliance . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end journal entries (Accruals, Provisions, Prepayments)
- Maintain GL accounts and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Perform Intercompany confirmations and reconciliations
- Handle Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial reporting
- Perform Bank and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ensure SLA compliance and process adherence
- Follow maker-checker controls with Team Lead review
- Maintain audit trails and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive quality assurance and risk mitigation initiatives
- Support internal and external audit requirements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting / R2R
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP
- Good understanding of SOX Compliance Internal Controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel and reporting knowledge
