Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced R2R Executive with hands-on knowledge in SAP General Ledger, Cost Accounting, or Fixed Assets. The candidate will be responsible for managing Record to Report activities, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end R2R / Record to Report activities
Manage General Ledger accounting and journal entries
Handle Cost Accounting activities, allocations, and cost center reporting
Manage Fixed Asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Work on SAP for transaction processing and reporting
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in R2R / Accounting / Finance Operations
Hands-on experience in SAP
Strong knowledge in any one or more:
General Ledger
Cost Accounting
Fixed Assets
Good understanding of reconciliations and month-end close
Good communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Excel
