Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

CTC: Up to 3.8 LPA

Notice Period: 015 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Shift: Night Shift

Education Requirement

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with experience in Record to Report (R2R) and General Ledger accounting . The role focuses on financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger Management

• Maintain and update GL accounts
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  
  

Journal Entry Processing

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Handle accruals, adjustments, and corrections
  
  

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Perform periodic reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  
  

Month-End Closing Reporting

• Execute month-end close activities
• Prepare reports and perform variance analysis
  
  

ERP Compliance

• Work on ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Any ERP)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
