As a TM Case Investigator - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory standards
- Developing and implementing compliance programs to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic guidance to clients
- Collaborating with clients to navigate regulatory challenges and develop compliance strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform compliance recommendations
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance risks to support informed decision-making
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Leading initiatives to improve compliance frameworks and governance structures
- Providing training and support on compliance and governance to enhance client understanding
- Engaging in transaction monitoring and sanctions compliance to prevent financial crimes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Create detailed case narratives and prepare documentation for Suspicious Activity
- Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
