Job Description
Coordinate & work closely within I&UM & CoCs to deliver R&D research flows & Xflows
- Visualizing and generating feasible design concepts in 3D/2D for Rflow, Xflows & Innovation
Concepts, while considering quality, weight, and cost targets.
- Conducting design and/or layout studies of 2-wheeler vehicle systems such as structures, wheels,
brakes, body, and/or suspension systems, ensuring proper integration with adjacent systems.
- Managing all system and vehicle-level validation for fitment and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC)
trials for Rflow, Concepts, and Innovation Ideas.
- Ensure that AET delivers future ready concepts / platforms for events like Hero World, Bharat
Mobility, etc.
- Coordinating and collaborating with technical Centers of Competence (CoCs) and external
stakeholders for fitment and the execution of Pilot Production trials for the mass production of
new models.
- Strong understanding of future automotive technologies and in-depth knowledge of automotive
design & keeping a tab on future technologies.
- Monitor & track the R-flow progress from technical perspective and support collaboration with
Technology partners to incubate upcoming technology and mobility solutions.
- Knowledge of basic Design tools & prior experience of working as designer, preferably automotive
Tier 1 or OEM.

- Scout for new technologies/concepts for
R&D to be future ready with new
technologies & future concepts
