You will take ownership of social media for multiple brands—from ideation to execution to performance.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Creativity × Strategy × Client Management
🔹 What You’ll Drive
* Content strategies that actually move engagement (not vanity posting)
* High-quality content pipelines — reels, carousels, campaigns
* End-to-end account management for clients
* Clear communication and expectation setting with clients
* Trend mapping and fast execution on relevant opportunities
* Performance tracking and continuous optimization
🔹 What We Expect (Non-Negotiables)
* 1+ year experience in social media management
* Strong content thinking — you should generate ideas, not wait for briefs
* Understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn ecosystems
* Ability to manage clients without constant supervision
* Speed, ownership, and accountability
* Basic design sense (Canva or equivalent)
