👥 Team Handling Role
We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Leader for the development of industrial inorganic chemicals. The candidate will lead a team of chemists and work on innovative fluorochemical process development and scale-up activities.
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Literature survey & synthetic route design
✔ Development of inorganic fluorochemicals
✔ Process optimization for cost & quality improvement
✔ Pilot plant scale-up & validation
✔ Coordination with chemical engineering team
✔ Process validation on pilot/plant scale
🧪 Preferred Expertise:
▪ Fluorine Chemistry
▪ Fluorochemicals
▪ Fluorosilicic Acid
📌 Industry experience preferred.
