We are hiring for the position of R&D Team Leader for a reputed chemical manufacturing company.
🔹 Qualification:
✔ PhD in Chemistry (Compulsory)
🔹 Preferred Expertise:
✔ Inorganic Chemistry
✔ Industrial Inorganic Chemicals
✔ Fluorine Chemistry / Fluorochemicals (Preferred)
✔ Process Development & Scale-up
✔ Pilot Plant Validation
✔ Literature Survey & Synthetic Route Design
✔ Industrial R&D Experience Preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Development of industrial inorganic chemicals
• Process optimization and troubleshooting
• Scale-up on kilo/pilot plant scale
• Coordination with engineering & production teams
• Leading a team of chemists
