Requirements
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with 12-15 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in Agrochemical R&D or Process Development
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an R&D team while remaining hands-on in the laboratory
- Drive process development, optimization, validation, and scale-up
- Manage technology transfer and develop cost-effective manufacturing processes
- Interpret analytical data (HPLC, GC, NMR, Mass) and conduct literature research
- Ensure technical documentation, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration
