Role Description
We’re looking for a passionate R&D & Quality Control Executive to join our growing team at the intersection of Ayurveda and modern cosmeceutical science.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Formulation development & scale-up (pilot to commercial)
✔️ Evaluation of Ayurvedic herbs, botanical extracts & modern actives
✔️ AYUSH documentation, BMR/BPR, SOPs & compliance
✔️ QC testing & analytics for existing product portfolio
✔️ Support setup of our new in-house laboratory
Ideal Candidate
* 2–4 years experience in Ayurvedic / herbal / cosmeceutical R&D or QC
* B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetic / Pharma Sciences)
* Strong understanding of AYUSH regulations & technical documentation
