Job Title: R&D Product Manager – Tethered Drone Systems (UAV)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced R&D Product Manager to lead the development

of next-generation tethered drone systems. The candidate will drive product innovation, prototype

development, and cross-functional collaboration across UAV hardware, software, AI,

communication, and power systems.

Key Requirements:

 5+ years of experience in UAV/drone product development or R&D

 Strong understanding of tethered drone systems and UAV technologies

 Experience with autonomous flight systems, payload integration, and field testing

 Knowledge of PX4/ArduPilot, telemetry, embedded systems, and drone operations

 Ability to manage product roadmap, technical requirements, and innovation initiatives

 Experience in defense, surveillance, telecom, or industrial drone applications preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aerospace, Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical, or related

engineering fields.
