Job Title: R&D Manager / Senior Engineer – Heaters
Location: Udaipur

Experience:
Minimum 5 years
Education: M.Tech / B.E. in Thermal, or Mechanical, or high voltage engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Department: Research & Development
Role Objective
To contribute to the design, development, and innovation of advanced heating solutions by solving complex engineering problems and supporting new product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop industrial heating systems (e.g., electric heaters, process heaters) for various applications.
- Conduct simulations, thermal analysis, and testing for product validation and optimization.
- Solve engineering challenges related to performance, efficiency, and durability of heating systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, QA) to translate R&D outcomes into scalable solutions.
- Document technical research, create design reports, and support patent filing where applicable.
- Work on material selection, insulation techniques, and explosion-proof design considerations.
- Support the development of custom heating solutions for client-specific applications.
- Stay updated with new technologies, materials, and thermal engineering best practices.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D or product development in thermal, mechanical, or electrical domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in thermal systems and heating applications.
- Hands-on experience in design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS) and simulation software;
alternatively experience in high voltage electrical system design.
- Experience in research or academia (including thesis work) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
- Team player with a passion for innovation and applied engineering.
