Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&D Manager based in Sonipat. The R&D Manager will lead research and development activities, oversee formulation innovation, manage product development projects, and support the creation of science-based nutraceutical, herbal, and functional wellness products.
Responsibilities include leading R&D projects, supervising team members, driving innovation in formulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful development of high-quality products aligned with the company’s vision and market needs.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Research & Development (R&D) and scientific research methodologies
* Experience in nutraceuticals, food supplements, herbal formulations, functional foods, or sports nutrition products
* Excellent Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities
* Strong Project Management and product development skills
* Ability to innovate and develop science-backed wellness products
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related scientific fields preferred
* Prior experience in herbal, natural wellness, or preventive healthcare R&D is an added advantage
