Role Description
This is a full-time R&D & Qc Sr. Executive role based on-site in Ankleshwar. The R&D Manager will be responsible for leading the research and development activities, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to chemical formulations and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include managing laboratory operations, driving innovation in product development, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing production processes. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and aligning R&D strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications – R&D & QC
Education: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Micro Biotechnology or related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years in R&D and/or QC within the chemical or related industry
