🍦 We’re Hiring | R&D Manager – Ice Cream 🧪
📍 Location: Hyderabad
Heritage Foods is looking for an experienced R&D Manager – Ice Cream to lead product development, innovation and process improvement initiatives.
❌ Candidates without direct Ice Cream R&D experience will NOT be considered.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔬 Lead new product development & innovation
👅Develop and improve ice cream formulations, recipes and processes
🧪Conduct trials, sensory evaluation and product validation
💰Drive cost optimization while maintaining product quality and consistency
🏭 Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement and Marketing teams
📋Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
🤝Support scale-up and successful commercialization of new products
🎯 Must-Have Experience
✅ Mandatory experience in R&D / Product Development of Ice Cream
✅ Strong knowledge of ice cream formulations, ingredients and processing
✅ Experience in new product development and plant-scale trials
✅ Experience in FMCG / Dairy / Ice Cream industry preferred
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech – Dairy/Food Technology or relevant qualification
