About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced R&D Lead Electrical Engineer to lead product development activities, manage a team of R&D Engineers, and contribute to innovative electrical and magnetic product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead the design, testing, validation, and optimization of electrical and magnetic products
🔹 Manage, coach, and train the R&D Engineering team
🔹 Drive product development from concept to feasibility stage
🔹 Coordinate with global R&D teams, Project Managers, Quality, Sourcing, Sales, and customers
🔹 Prepare and maintain BOM, DFMEA, technical drawings, and validation documents
🔹 Support product industrialization and process feasibility activities
🔹 Optimize product cost through technical improvements and material selection
🔹 Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF quality standards and internal processes
🔹 Provide technical support for sourcing, manufacturing, and automation activities
🔹 Promote teamwork, innovation, safety, and continuous learning within the team
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D or Electrical Engineering roles
✔ Strong knowledge of electrical, magnetic, and power electronics design
✔ Experience with simulation tools such as ANSYS, PSIM, LTSpice, or Simulink
✔ Good understanding of DFMEA, risk analysis, and quality systems
✔ Experience in BOM management, technical documentation, and costing
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a multicultural and global environment
✔ Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as winding, soldering, assembly, and testing
✔ Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications
