We’re hiring | R&D Laboratory Officer – TempRite™ CPVC (Polymer/CPVC Testing & Formulation)
If you love working hands-on in a lab and want to directly influence next-gen CPVC resin/compound performance, this role could be a great fit.
In this position, you’ll support TempRite™ CPVC product development, including compound optimization, raw material evaluation, formulation trials, and technical troubleshooting—all while maintaining strong GLP/EHS standards.
What you’ll work on:🔹 Testing of CPVC resin, additives, compounds, pipes & fittings
🔹 Instrumentation: DSC, TGA, FTIR, MFI, Rheometer
🔹 Mechanical/thermal tests: UTM/Tensile, Izod, HDT, Vicat
🔹 Trials: dry blend prep, experimental formulations, 2-roll mill + small-scale compounding
🔹 Data analysis + documentation aligned to ASTM/ISO/BIS
🔹 Support for troubleshooting, failure analysis & technical service needs
🔹 Maintain SOPs, calibration, preventive maintenance, audit readiness
Preferred background:✅ Master’s in Polymer Science/Technology
✅ 2–6 years in polymer/PVC/CPVC testing/processing/compounding
✅ Strong understanding of fusion, rheology, thermal stability
✅ Comfortable with data interpretation + technical reporting
✅ Tools: MS Office, SAP, statistical tools
