Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for an R&D Executive in the food consultancy domain. The R&D Executive will focus on product research and development, formulation, sensory evaluation, and food technology application. Responsibilities include conducting experiments, optimizing product formulations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. The role will contribute to developing and refining products that align with client goals and market demands.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sensory Evaluation and its application to improve product characteristics
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), with a focus on food product innovation
- Strong knowledge of Food Technology, including process optimization and formulation
- Expertise in Research Development and working with product lifecycles
- Educational background in Food Science or a related discipline is essential
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and food safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Experience in ingredient sourcing and knowledge of market trends is a plus
