This Position reports to:
R&D Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

Motion Business Drive Products Division in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Working as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.
- Performing various tasks in the assigned area (e.g., mechanics, electronics, thermal, software), from building concepts, gathering requirements to designing, implementing, integrating, testing, technology transfer or maintenance, and operations.
- Understanding and applying applicable processes, standards, guidelines, and requirements, including architectural and design constraints.
- Supporting R&D projects in customer understanding
- Hands-on design work and collaborating with developers
- Coordinating design across multiple projects
- Author, iterate, and maintain UI documentation
- Spreading Human Centered Design mindset in the organization (advocate design process, train colleague
Qualifications For The Role
- ME/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation with 0 to 3 years of Software development experience with , Object Oriented Programming, Dot Net C# , React Node.js development
- Sound knowledge of C#, .NET Framework and Microsoft WPF with Unit Testing.
- Basic knowledge in PLC, Variable Frequency Drive, Motors or any micro-controller based device & knowledge about industry usage of the device is added advantage.
- Excellent debugging capabilities to understand existing code base, development standard, design patterns, identify improvement areas & bug.
- Must have exposure to agile software development methodologies, with good track record in delivery compliance with respect to time & quality requirements.
- Excellent in Understanding user requirements, analyzing requirements, code development following existing standards, follow Definition of done(DOD), Definition of Ready (DOR), unit testing & creating project documentation.
- Should have sound knowledge in creating test cases from user story, develop/understand acceptance criteria & develop to satisfy acceptance criteria.
- Artificial Intelligence, Agents Hosting, Azure DevOps, machine learning concepts hands-on experience, or topics of study in Engineering
