R&D Engineer – Mechatronics & Product Development

Job description:
Minimum 1 year experience
Freshers with strong project or prototype development experience may also apply
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative architectural lighting and ceiling products.
Design, prototype, test, and validate new products.
Work on RGB, dynamic lighting, optical fibre, and smart lighting solutions.
Prepare CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
Research new technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics, or related fields.
Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, etc.).
Basic understanding of LED lighting, electronics, sensors, and automation.
Familiarity with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, PLCs, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and product development preferred.
