Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an R&D Electrical Parts Development Engineer specializing in washing machines. The role involves working on the research, design, testing, and development of innovative electrical components for washing machines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical research, analyzing performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working in laboratory settings to develop and refine cutting-edge electrical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) with a focus on electrical components
- Proficiency in conducting research and leveraging Analytical Skills for problem-solving
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in Laboratory Skills for product testing and validation
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the home appliance industry is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to innovation and quality
