Job Overview
Drive formulation development and application testing for textile auxiliaries and specialty chemicals with a focus on performance, stability, and scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for textile processing (pretreatment, dyeing, finishing).
- Design and execute lab trials; analyze data and create technical reports.
- Collaborate with production for scale-up and cost optimization.
- Interface with QC and Marketing for troubleshooting and product demos.
- Ensure compliance with EHS norms and documentation (SDS, TDS).
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in textile auxiliaries or specialty chemicals R&D.
- Strong understanding of surfactants, polymers, emulsions, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with ISO/GLP documentation and lab safety.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
