About the role

The Office Assistant will be responsible for safely delivering equipment and packing tools as per company guidelines. This role supports the organization’s daily operational activities by ensuring materials and tools are handled, packed, and delivered securely and on time.

The position requires proficiency in riding both geared and non-geared bikes, fluency in Tamil, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment. Candidates should possess a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline, ensuring that all tasks are carried out with accuracy and care.

Duties and Responsibilities

Safely deliver company equipment, materials, and tools to designated locations as instructed.
Pack tools and instruments securely according to company and safety guidelines.
Verify tools and materials before and after transport to ensure completeness and condition.
Handle deliveries efficiently while maintaining care and accountability for all assigned items.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment for all deliveries made.
Follow all safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company delivery policies.
Support basic office or administrative activities when required.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding delivery schedules or challenges.

Requirements

Skills Required

Proficient in riding both geared and non-geared bikes.
Age between 20 to 35 years.
Fluency in Tamil (speaking, reading, and understanding).
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
High sense of responsibility and reliability.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Education

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Fail accepted.

Experience

No prior experience required – open to freshers with a willingness to learn and perform.
