Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quotation Preparation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in preparing commercial quotations, preferably for clinical trial projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate and timely quotations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.
Review Requests for Quotations (RFQs), proposals, and related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain pricing, scope, timelines, and technical inputs required for quotation preparation.
Develop detailed cost estimates for clinical trial-related services.
Ensure quotations comply with company pricing policies, commercial terms, and quality standards.
Maintain quotation records, pricing databases, and supporting documentation.
Revise quotations based on client feedback or project scope changes.
Support the business development and sales teams during the proposal and quotation process.
Track quotation status and maintain reports on submitted, pending, and awarded quotations.
Ensure timely submission of quotations while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in preparing quotations for clinical trials.
Understanding of clinical trial processes and related service offerings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or quotation management systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
