Position:

• The role will involve planning & managing projects and other initiatives at pace.
• Coordination of activity across internal and client teams will make up a large part of your daily work and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients is key
• Diligent use of project control tools such as Action Trackers, RAID and Project Finance sheets will be required to stay in control of things.
• Flexibility and responsiveness whilst at times working in ambiguity is vital.
• Mentorship and supervision over junior members of staff.

Requirements:

• Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple activities at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Diligent with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with excellent numeracy.
• Task orientated approach with the desire and ability to get things done.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
