- Functional
- Good understanding of Manufacturing Processes and relevant IT Systems
- Exposure to functions such as Production Planning/ Workforce planning/ Logistics planning, Production Order Scheduling, Inventory, Quality, Order Management, Plant Performance, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of Business KPI’s
- Technical
- Experience in Production Scheduling, Macro Planner, Demand Planner, Workforce Planner, Optimization
- Knowledge on QPLC and version control
- Experience in creating QBA, PDD documents, training manuals etc.
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience on Database (SQL, Oracle)
- Experience in data modelling
- General
- Experience in requirement gathering/ analysis and derive technical interpretation.
- Experience in presentation to stakeholders
- Ability to work successfully with cross functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
