Product Consultant - Storefront

As a Product Operations Specialist for the Storefront team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the six engineering teams within the pod communicate effectively, deliver on time, and work efficiently to achieve our business objectives: As the "scrum master" of the pod, your responsibilities will include oversight over the squads jira boards, dependencies, ensuring grooming happens effectively, minimizing cross-functional blockers, proactively reaching out to relevant PMs and business partners as needed. Support the PMs with weekly, monthly and annual roadmap planning across the pod. Act as the Product Manager for the Company's review system, which is one of our most significant data consumption tools from customers - we receive thousands of reviews a week, which need to be consumable by business teams to improve our merchandising and delivery processes. Reviews are also a core driver of customer trust and therefore need to be surfaced appropriately on the site and app to drive conversion. Support with e2e user experience testing with significant site launches. This position will involve significant interaction across PMs, engineering, and data analytics and data science teams. Skills required: 2 - 4 years of experience in working in software / consumer product organizations. Must Have: Proven experience working with Jira with an understanding of product best practices. Experience working with very cross-functional teams (ideally with some international presence). Proven track record of successfully implementing/rolling out software products. Proficiency in data analysis, user pain point analysis and impact analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and attentive to detail.
