Digital Advertising Specialist

$83,000–$90,000 CAD/$60,000-$65,000 USD annually | Full-time | Remote (US & Canada) | Must work in Eastern Time (EST)

Benefits: Unlimited PTO · Health Insurance · Collaborative Remote Team

Quimby Digital seeks a Digital Advertising Specialist who goes beyond ad management—you’ll architect growth and use performance data to optimize campaigns and drive meaningful business results. You’ll juggle campaign strategy and hands-on execution, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Marketing while collaborating with our Social, Creative, and Operations teams.

Your Week Might Include

  • Presenting ad performance metrics and recommended pivots, not just results, to demonstrate actionable data insights to leadership and clients.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize funnel strategies, budgets, and creative alignment.
  • Launching multi-platform paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest), consistently testing new ad formats and channels, as current roles require.

TL;DR

🎯 Role: Lead paid media strategy and campaign execution for 6+ premium clients.

💰 Budget: $5K–$100K+/month campaigns

💼 Agency: Women-led, remote, working with brands in CPG, femtech, SaaS, and wellness

📊 You’ll Own: Full-funnel strategy, client presentations, ROI/CPA/CTR analysis, reporting, and cross-team collaboration

🎓 Required: 4+ years hands-on paid social/search (B2C/B2B), including campaign setup, execution, and data-driven optimization

🌍 Remote: US & Canada welcome, EST is required

💰 Compensation: $83,000–$90,000 CAD/$60,000-$65,000 USD + unlimited PTO + Health Insurance/Health Stipend

What You’ll Do

Strategy Development

  • Architect and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across major platforms—Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest.
  • Develop targeting plans and performance benchmarks aligned to ambitious business objectives and data-driven recommendations.
  • Research emerging digital trends and recommend new channel mixes, staying competitive by leveraging analytics.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage digital media buys, audience segmentation, pacing, and creative tests.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, social, and content teams for unified brand messaging.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion, CPM, CTR, CPA, and lead generation; pivot strategy in response to tracked performance.

Data & Reporting

  • Own campaign analytics (ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPA) in daily and monthly reporting.
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders; recommend and implement change when performance lags.
  • Use data tools (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards) to monitor trends and guide strategy.

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Educate clients on platform best practices and trends.
  • Lead strategy meetings and confidently set and communicate growth targets.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Strategists, Creatives, Operations, and agency leadership to deliver campaigns that drive growth.
  • Monitor platform and compliance changes, adapting campaigns quickly to evolving market standards.

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

  • Have 4–7 years hands-on campaign leadership, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Managed campaigns in B2C and B2B environments—CPG, tech, professional services, and wellness.
  • Are fluent in all major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X).
  • Understand programmatic advertising basics (preferred but not required).
  • Managed budgets from $5K–$100K+/month.
  • Blend analytics and creative storytelling to drive measurable results.
  • Are proactive, collaborative, and adaptable—spotting opportunities to optimize processes or messaging.

This Role Isn’t For You If...

  • You want a planning-only role—must execute and analyze.
  • Uncomfortable leading client presentations and ad performance briefings.
  • Prefer rigid work environments—our team is lean, fast, and flexible.
