Own the overall application architecture and ensure high scalability and resilience.
Work with Engineering teams to ensure optimum solution design for each of the new features and modules developed.
Work on POCs for new experiments/technological inclusions and collaborate with engineering teams to implement architectural improvements.
Work on benchmarking different technology options with underlying use cases to make the right architectural decisions.
Understand and contribute to the product roadmap.
Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption.
Work on and be able to set well-scoped milestones of projects and get them delivered on time with minimal errors and high quality without any guidance.
Be part of a central team; understand tech requirements and solve them at the organizational level. Can coordinate and work with cross-team functions.
Architectural understanding. Lead projects and execute them with junior engineers. Help, lead, and unblock cross-functional requirements.
