Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QSR Incharge located in Gurugram. The QSR Incharge will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. They will ensure smooth operations, manage schedules, handle customer inquiries, and train team members on optimized workflow and service standards. The role also involves maintaining a high level of operational efficiency to deliver exceptional dining experiences and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong operational skills in quick service restaurant (QSR) management, including staff supervision, shift planning, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Customer service expertise and conflict resolution abilities to deliver outstanding guest experiences and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance processes in foodservice operations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and communication skills to motivate and guide team members in achieving performance goals.
- Ability to analyze metrics, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve sales and efficiency targets.
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
