Position: Quick Commerce Specialist
Location: Delhi NCR (Preferred)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Quick Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence on platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, and ensuring seamless operations across all quick commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end operations on quick commerce platforms
• Drive sales growth and visibility across all partner platforms
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns and placements
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment planning
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and improve performance
• Ensure timely execution of offers, discounts, and visibility strategies
• Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, design)
Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce
• Hands-on experience with platforms like:
• Blinkit
• Zepto
• Swiggy Instamart
• BigBasket
• Strong understanding of:
• Marketplace operations
• Product listing optimization
• Sales analytics
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in kids products, toys, FMCG, or gifting category (preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with focus on growth and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
