Role Overview
We are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to build and scale our presence across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
The role will own the end-to-end quick commerce channel, including onboarding, catalogue management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Quick Commerce Channel Management
- Launch and manage the brand’s presence across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
- Manage onboarding, catalogue setup, and product listings
- Work closely with platform category managers to drive visibility and growth
Revenue & Channel Growth
- Own revenue performance and channel P&L
- Develop pricing and promotion strategies
- Track SKU-level performance and optimize product assortment
Inventory & Dark Store Management
- Ensure the right SKUs are stocked in relevant dark stores across cities
- Monitor stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory allocation
Catalogue & Content Optimization
- Optimize product titles, images, and descriptions for quick commerce platforms
- Ensure high-conversion product listings for mobile-first platforms
- Collaborate with brand and design teams to create platform-ready assets
Performance Analytics
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as:
- Order volume
- Conversion rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Stock-out percentage
- City-level performance
Use insights to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams
- Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers
- Align quick commerce strategy with broader e-commerce goals
Requirements
Experience
1–2 years experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Marketplace Management
Experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart preferred
Education
MBA from leading business schools preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Understanding of pricing, margins, and promotional strategies
- Experience managing digital commerce platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
