Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for a Quick Commerce Manager. The Quick Commerce Manager will oversee operations related to e-commerce platforms, establish and manage relationships with fast-delivery partners, negotiate contracts with stakeholders, and develop strategies to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation skills, with the ability to manage partnerships and secure beneficial contracts
- Analytical Skills to analyze market trends, monitor performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and providing prompt, effective support
- Experience in Sales with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in the e-commerce, FMCG, or quick commerce industry is a strong plus
