About The Role:
Shills Professional is looking for a highly performance-driven Quick Commerce Executive to manage and scale our business across quick-commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, and BigBasket.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace operations, inventory planning, catalog management, campaign execution, sponsored advertisements, and platform coordination within the Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, Nail Art, or FMCG industry.
This role requires someone who understands fast-paced quick-commerce operations, stock planning, dark-store inventory movement, visibility optimization, campaign scaling, and sales growth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Platform Management
- Manage complete seller/backend operations across: Zepto • Blinkit • BigBasket
- Handle platform coordination and operational execution
- Ensure smooth onboarding and product activation across all platforms
- Maintain platform hygiene and operational efficiency
2) Campaigns, Sponsored Ads & Growth
- Manage platform campaigns, sponsored ads, and promotional activities
- Plan and execute visibility campaigns for product growth
- Optimize ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with marketing teams for customer acquisition and sales growth
- Run platform offers, seasonal sales, combo offers, and promotional activities
- Analyze campaign reports and scaling opportunities
- Improve product visibility and conversion rates through campaign optimization
3) Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Monitor stock availability across dark stores and fulfillment centers
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and supply chain teams
- Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs
- Prevent stock-outs, inventory mismatches, and operational delays
- Track aging inventory and slow-moving products
- Maintain inventory accuracy and synchronization across platforms
4) Catalog & Product Management
- Manage bulk product listings and catalog uploads
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, and images
- Optimize product visibility and assortment planning
- Coordinate catalog updates, launches, and pricing changes
- Maintain category-wise product performance tracking
5) Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Prepare marketplace MIS and performance reports
- Analyze SKU-wise sales, stock movement, campaign performance, and operational metrics
- Monitor ROI, ROAS, TACOS, and platform growth performance
- Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs
- Share actionable insights with management teams
6) Operational Excellence
- Monitor order fulfillment performance and SLA adherence
- Coordinate issue resolution with platform account managers
- Manage operational escalations and stock-related concerns
- Monitor customer ratings, reviews, and platform feedback
- Ensure smooth execution during sale periods and high-demand campaigns
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of quick-commerce operations
