Role Description
We are seeking an Qcommerce Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, devising and implementing sales and promotional strategies, analyzing sales data to optimize performance, and enhancing customer service experiences. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive online sales and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in E-Commerce, Q-Commerce and Sales strategies
Proven Analytical Skills for sales data interpretation and performance optimization
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in driving revenue growth through online retail channels
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in the D2C and FMCG sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
