Job Description: Quick Commerce Executive
Location: Chandigarh (CCR)

Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Quick Commerce Executive to manage and scale our presence across quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in platform management, assortment planning, and performance analytics within the e-commerce or quick commerce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands platform dynamics, has strong analytical and coordination skills, and wants to grow into a strategic business role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management & Growth
- Own end-to-end partnerships with quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
- Accelerate revenue growth through assortment expansion, pincode coverage, and warehouse presence.
- Identify and activate platform-specific growth opportunities such as visibility placements, promotional campaigns, and category collaborations.
- Monitor and report on key platform metrics including GMV, net revenue, conversion rates, and category rankings.
2. Assortment & Inventory Planning
- Define the assortment strategy for quick commerce channels basis demand velocity and platform dynamics.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels across dark stores and warehouses.
- Track days of inventory, stock-out instances, and replenishment cycles to ensure consistent availability.
- Refine SKU mix to strike the right balance between velocity, margin, and platform-specific constraints.
3. Performance & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards covering: Platform-wise sales performance
- SKU-level contribution and trends
- Traffic and conversion metrics
- Inventory health indicators
- Spot high-performing SKUs and drive their scale-up across additional locations and platforms.
- Deep-dive into underperforming SKUs and roll out data-backed corrective measures.
4. Promotions & Visibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize platform-led promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and secure premium visibility placements including home banners, category slots, and featured listings.
- Track and evaluate ROI on platform marketing investments to ensure efficient spends.
5. Expansion Strategy
- Lead category expansion initiatives on platforms (e.g., scaling from stockings into footwear, bags, and fragrances).
- Collaborate with platform teams to broaden geographic reach and increase dark store footprint.
- Scout and assess new quick commerce platforms for potential onboarding and business opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in quick commerce or e-commerce platform management (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, or Instamart.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building and reading performance dashboards.
- Good understanding of inventory planning and SKU management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative sensibility aligned with fashion and consumer lifestyle brands.
