Role Description
Kidology is seeking a Quick-Commerce Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Quick-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales performance data, and ensuring timely order processing. The role includes coordinating with logistics partners, monitoring inventory, developing promotional strategies, and supporting customer inquiries to drive engagement and sales growth. Additionally, the Quick-Commerce Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online store performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quick-commerce platform management, product listing optimization, and order processing
- Strong skills in data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination
- Expertise in online marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the E-commerce landscape is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
