Key Responsibilities🛒
Quick Commerce Platform Management- Manage and operate seller panels on platforms like:
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
- BigBasket / BB Now
- Ensure proper product listing, cataloging, and optimization
- Monitor stock availability and avoid stock-outs
- Handle price updates, discounts, and platform-specific offers

Operations Management- Ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize cancellations/returns
- Maintain inventory accuracy across all platforms
- Handle vendor coordination and procurement planning
- Monitor daily sales, order flow, and operational KPIs
📊
Ads & Performance Marketing- Plan and execute ads on quick commerce platforms
- Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Visibility
- Conversions
- ROI
- Track and analyze ad performance metrics
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies
- Coordinate with internal marketing team for campaigns
📈
Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data
- Identify growth opportunities and demand trends
- Prepare performance reports for management
- Work on Excel for data tracking, reporting, and forecasting

Coordination & Problem Solving- Work closely with category managers/platform representatives
- Resolve listing, pricing, and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- Handle escalations related to orders or inventory
🧠
Required Skills & Qualifications- Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of ads panel & campaign management
- Good understanding of e-commerce/quick commerce operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in D2C / E-commerce brand
- Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain basics
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart (bonus)
