Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Quick Commerce Executive to manage and scale our presence across leading quick commerce platforms. The role requires strong expertise in advertising, platform operations, and end-to-end account ownership.
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Preferred Industry: FMCG
Key Responsibilities
1. Advertising & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket
- Monitor key performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
- Drive visibility, sales growth, and profitability through data-backed decisions
2. Account Management
- Own end-to-end account performance across assigned platforms
- Act as the primary POC for platform Ad and Category teams
- Identify growth opportunities, campaign improvements, and platform-specific strategies
3. Budget & Performance Tracking
- Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation
- Track daily spends and performance to maintain optimal ROI
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability
- Avoid stockouts and overstocking through demand planning
- Align inventory with campaign and promotional strategies
Requirements
- Minimum experience on at least 2 of the following platforms: Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket
- Proven experience in independently managing and scaling accounts
- Strong understanding of quick commerce ecosystem and platform algorithms
- Hands-on experience in ad dashboards, campaign optimization, and reporting
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience in FMCG or D2C brands
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, promotions, and category dynamics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
