ROLE SUMMARY
The QComm Platform Manager will own Poptein's presence and performance across all quick commerce platforms. From cataloguing and visibility to promotional planning and fill rate management, this role drives revenue on the fastest-growing channel in Indian FMCG. You will be the primary point of contact with QComm account managers and the internal link between sales, ops, and marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own P&L and GMV targets across Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket Now, and other QComm platforms
• Manage platform listings — cataloguing, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory thresholds
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns — discounts, banners, featured placements, and combo offers
• Monitor and improve key metrics: fill rate, in-stock %, conversion rate, ratings, and search ranking
• Liaise with platform key account managers to negotiate visibility slots and promotional budgets
• Coordinate with ops team to maintain dark store inventory levels and prevent stockouts
• Analyse weekly platform dashboards; present performance reports and action plans to leadership
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and competitive positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–5 years of experience in QComm account management or e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Blinkit/Instamart/Zepto seller portals is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets and platform reporting dashboards
• Understanding of FMCG supply chain and inventory management as it relates to QComm
• Prior experience at a D2C food brand or QComm aggregator is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills; able to negotiate with platform KAMs
