About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling leader in the Quick Commerce & Digital Advertising space, we power hyperlocal, real-time ad campaigns for top-tier grocery, food, and convenience brands across India. Our team blends performance marketing, geofenced targeting, and in-app user behavior analytics to drive explosive growth for clients operating in the 10–30 minute delivery ecosystem. We’re building the next-gen ad tech stack for India’s booming quick commerce market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and quick commerce-native platforms (Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).
- Leverage location-based & behavioral data to build hyper-targeted audience segments for in-app and push notification campaigns.
- Monitor daily KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CPA) and reallocate budgets to maximize campaign efficiency and client ROI.
- Collaborate with product & UX teams to A/B test creatives, CTAs, and landing flows for higher conversion rates.
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal leadership.
- Stay ahead of quick commerce advertising trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.
Skills & Qualifications

- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- ROAS Optimization
- UA (User Acquisition) Campaigns
- Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- A/B Testing
- Quick Commerce Platforms (Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit)
- GA4
- Preferred
- Experience with in-app ad platforms (Braze, CleverTap, Airship)
- Familiarity with programmatic ad exchanges (The Trade Desk, DV360)
- Basic SQL for data querying
