Role Overview
We are hiring a Queue Manager (Workflow Operations) to drive real-time workflow efficiency, manage case distribution, and ensure SLA adherence across teams and regions. This role is critical in maintaining operational flow, optimizing queue performance, and enabling seamless coordination during high-volume periods
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end queue operations across teams and regions
Monitor real-time dashboards and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency
Drive workload balancing and case redistribution across queues
Ensure strict SLA adherence through proactive queue management
Analyze real-time and historical data to identify trends and bottlenecks
Generate reports on case volume, wait times, and assignment efficiency
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve workflow performance
Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders
Required Skills
Strong experience in queue management / workflow operations / real-time monitoring
Expertise in case flow optimization and workload balancing
Ability to interpret and act on dashboards and KPIs
Experience handling high-volume case routing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities
