Job Role: Trainee Engineer (This is not a software role)
Job Location: Bangalore
Cut Off Criteria: Minimum 60% throughout academics
Backlogs: No standing arrears/ backlogs during the selection process
Degree: BE / B.Tech
Year of Completion: 2023 / 2024
Eligible Branch/Stream: Electrical Engineering (Core) & Chemical Engineering
Salary: 5.5 LPA (5.25 LPA fixed + 25k retention bonus payable post completion of 1 year)
Service Agreement/ Bond: 2 years
Selection Process: Online Assessment + Technical round of Interview + HR Interview (Shortlisting on all stages)
Candidates should have their original Graduation Marksheet & Provisional Degree Certificates before getting onboarded
